F3 Networks is a Canadian telecommunications carrier registered with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). Through commercial agreements with telecommunications service providers, F3 installs PureFibre infrastructure in local communities. F3 Networks Canada Inc. owns the infrastructure it installs, while the service providers deliver their services over the fibre-optic cable network.
